Spirit Guide Connection

This is a deeply relaxing, cleansing and uplifting meditation.

To have access to our Spiritual Guidance, we must first make sure our energetic system is clear and that we can feel or experience our auric field or the 'bubble' or energy that surrounds us. It is then that we are able to become sensitive to the shift in how we feel when our Spirit Guides engage with us.

We begin by strengthening our shushumna line or our 'central column of light'. We then take the cleansing energies through our whole field. It is this process of clearing out and heightening our awareness of our subtle body that helps us to trust the messages and feelings that are presented.
