White Light Clearing

An uplifting meditation designed to access your natural and profound inner light while combining 432Hertz music to accompany this guided process to clear your chakras and the layers of your aura.

Remembering that your aura has layers.. Etheric being closest to the body, then the Emotional body / layer about a foot away from the physical body, then the Mental layer, then the Spiritual layer which can be a few feet away from the physical body.

This meditation concludes in your Hara point, also known as the 'Lower Dantien'. This energy centre (not a chakra) is located three fingers below your belly button and is deep within your pelvis. It is know as the "Golden Stove" where chi or life force is held and is the ideal place to set intentions.
